Host applications open April 2027
Have a home built for play?
Bed & Brickfast is a small, curated group of experiential family homes. If your home has a space families would travel for, we’d like to hear about it.
Join the host interest listWhat we look for
A real experience
A dedicated playroom, a serious game or toy collection, an art studio or something else families can’t get in a regular rental.
Whole home
Guests book the entire home and don’t share it with anyone else.
Family ready
Safe, comfortable and set up for kids and grown-ups together.
How hosting will work
1. Join the interest list
Tell us about your home and its experience. It takes a couple of minutes.
2. We get in touch
When applications open in April 2027, we’ll contact homes on the list first.
3. Your listing goes live
Approved homes get their own listing page, calendar and booking requests on Bed & Brickfast.
Host terms, fees and agreements will be published when applications open. Joining the interest list doesn’t commit you to anything.
